Hey Jeff, A few years ago I was invited to your home for a cookout by FA, The food was awsome, the hospitality was welcoming and the JAZZ WAS OFF DA HOOK!!!. Being a brother in my early 40's it was that JAZZY EVENING that makes me keep my radio station to 101.9.Getting turned on late in my life is sure better than not getting turned on at all!!! THANKS for the GREAT ENJOYING MUSICIAL EVENING I was invited to.. KEEP ON BLOWING THE WORLD UP WITH THAT JAZZY TALENT MY BROTHER!!!!

This artist Jeff King is one of my favorite artist in both worlds of the visual and of sounds. A well spoken master of techniques that cover the spectrum in music .Although he is best known for the use of the saxophone ,he 's a damn good music writer and composer . And although he's not widely known as an visual artist (yet) I am truly appreciating every offering he brings to his community and to the world he most deserves respect .
A message from the Artist ...Al Johnson

Saadeka and I, along with Rod Gillead from the Bay Area, caught the group at a little spot on Halsey Street last July... Solomon's Porch. Great spot - great music!
Nowadays we are living in Charleston SC. I will let the forces here know about JK and maybe soon, you'll play for the Geechies (and the rest) here!

Saw/heard you perform downtown here at MetroTech this afternoon. Hot jazz, hot day.
Walking over I had remembered it was forty years ago this summer that we studied together at the Bishop Ford-Art High School. And I seem to remember they allowed us to bring in albums to play while we “created” art.
As all of us brought in the latest Beatle, Doors, or Jimi Hendrix albums, but someone brought in something different.
Yes, yes I recall it now! It was you that brought in the Hugh Masekela album! Guess you were destined to perform jazz across all these many years since then my friend.
